A considered stance on AI

Adopt AI boldly. Implement it carefully.

AI is the most consequential shift in how organizations work in a generation. Used well, it multiplies what every person on your team can do. Used carelessly, it creates risk faster than it creates value. I help you capture the advantage without inheriting the liability.

This is a living page. I'll be adding new thinking and projects here regularly as the AI journey unfolds — check back often for updates.

Where I stand

AI is real. So are the ways it goes wrong.

The hype cycle has done real damage. It has convinced some leaders that AI will run their business for them, and convinced others to wait on the sidelines until the dust settles. Both are mistakes.

The organizations that win won't be the ones that move recklessly, or the ones that freeze — they'll be the ones that move deliberately. They treat AI as a serious capability that demands the same discipline as any other part of the business: a clear problem to solve, the right tools, trained people, and real guardrails.

My stance is simple. AI should be adopted with caution and used without hesitation — caution in how you govern it, secure it, and roll it out; conviction in using it to build a genuine competitive advantage. The two aren't in tension. Careful implementation is exactly what lets you move fast with confidence.

What I believe

Three convictions that shape every engagement

Augment people, don't replace them

AI should make your team stronger, not smaller.

The goal isn't cutting headcount — it's raising the ceiling on what every employee can do. Faster work, better output, less time lost to low-value tasks. When AI amplifies your people, the whole organization compounds.

Move boldly toward advantage

Treat AI as a competitive edge, not an experiment.

Your competitors are already moving. Applied to the right problems, AI creates durable advantage — better decisions, faster cycles, capabilities you didn't have before. The risk of standing still is bigger than the risk of doing this well.

Caution is a feature

Enable your people — and protect them.

Used carelessly, AI leaks data, invents facts, and opens security gaps. I train teams to use it effectively and put the guardrails in place to keep your data, your customers, and your reputation safe.

How I help

How to implement AI without the regret

A clear-eyed process that starts with your business, not the technology — and stays hands-on from first conversation through delivery.

  • 1 · Start with the business, not the tool We find where AI creates real value for your organization before evaluating a single product. The problem leads; the technology follows.
  • 2 · Choose the right tool and the right license The market is crowded and the pricing is deliberately confusing. I help you select the platform and the licensing model that actually fit how your organization works — and what it should spend.
  • 3 · Train your people to use it well Adoption lives or dies on enablement. I coach teams to get real productivity from AI — not just curiosity — so the capability sticks after the rollout.
  • 4 · Build the guardrails in from day one Security, governance, and usage policy aren't an afterthought. They're what makes confident adoption possible — and what keeps your data out of the wrong places.

From pilot to production, I stay in the work with you — implementing the solution and measuring the advantage you set out to capture.

Enterprise AI rollout

In progress · confidential

Helping an organization put AI to work across the business — selecting the right platform, defining how it's governed and secured, and enabling employees to use it safely and productively. The mandate is enhanced capability for everyone, not reduced headcount.

AI-assisted application rebuild

Modern engineering

Supporting a full application rebuild using Claude Code and VS Code — applying AI-native development to ship a modern, maintainable codebase faster than traditional methods allow, without cutting corners on quality or security.

Tool selection & licensing

AI strategy

Guiding an organization through a crowded market to the right AI tool and the licensing model that fits their size, usage, and budget — then implementing it so it delivers value from day one.

Innovata, run on AI

Internal · how we operate

I run my own firm on the playbook I bring to clients. AI handles project management, content review, market research, and the administrative work that usually happens behind the scenes — so engagements move faster and more of every hour goes to your outcomes instead of overhead. It's already paid off in live work: additional work that would normally require bringing in another resource — like the hands-on IT setup behind a Claude Enterprise rollout — I handle myself with AI's support, sparing you the unexpected increase in project cost.

Let's make AI a real advantage for your organization.

Bring me where you're stuck — choosing a tool, rolling it out, training your team, or keeping it secure. We'll map a confident path from idea to impact.
